Limited warranty terms and conditions :

Clevaquip Pty Ltd (inc. in Victoria, ABN 66 083 413 414), warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase for domestic installations and 6 months from date of installation for commercial installations.
Parts which fail during the warranty period, except as a result of operating without water, freezing, negligence, improper installation, use or care, shall be repaired or replaced, at our option, within 90 days of receipt of the defective product, barring unforseen delays.
To Recieve warranty, replacements or repair, defective components or parts should be returned, transportation paid, to the place of purchase, or to the nearest authorised Clevaquip or Hayward Pool Products service centre. No returns may be made directly to the factory without expressed written authorisation of Clevaquip Pty Ltd.
Some products carry additional warranties subject to confirmation within 30 days of purchase and Clevaquip Pty Ltd may at it's option provide an onsite service - please refer to our standard warranty schedule. On site labour does not include specialist services such as electrical or gas connections and is limited to a maximum of 12 months for domestic and 6 months for commercial installations.
For additional warranties to apply, warranty must be registered within 90 days of purchase.
Where components have become defective except as a result of operating without water, freezing, negligence, improper installation, use or care, or as a result of a use in association with an automatic valving system, shall be repaired or replaced, at our option, without charge.
All other conditions of the standard warranty apply. Hayward or it's agents shall not be responsible for cartage removal and/or re-installation labour or any other such cost incurred in obtaining warranty replacements.
The foregoing warranty does not apply to components manufactured by others. For such products, the warranty established by the respective manufacturer will apply.
Warranty excludes damage caused by failure to perform normal maintenance or failure to operate your Hayward Products in accordance with manufacturers recommendations.
OTHER RIGHTS: This warranty gives you specific rights and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.
N.B: Domestic Installations - Single family resident applications. All other are regarded as commercial.
